About KSGOA
The Karnataka Group-A Gazetted Officers’ Association was formed to represent officers from the Karnataka General Services cadre, which lacks a unified structure despite playing a key role in governance. Unlike other established associations for IAS, KAS, and Secretariat officers, this group previously had no platform. Officers from various departments such as Education, Transport, and Labour came together to address this gap. The association was initiated on 15th August 2014 and formally registered on 6th January 2015. It aims to safeguard member welfare and provide policy guidance to the government.
Association Constitution
The Karnataka State Gazetted Officers’ Association (KSGOA) operates under a well-defined constitution that upholds the principles of integrity, transparency, and collective representation. The constitution serves as the guiding framework for the association’s objectives, membership structure, governance policies, and decision-making processes.
